MINIMUMS

We have no minimums for single color designs. If your design has more than one color, order minimums are as follows: 2-color = minimum of 10, 3-color to 5-color = minimum of 35, and 6-color = minimum of 50.

Order minimums for poster printing follow the same rules as above.

TURNAROUND TIME

Standard turnaround time for most orders is 7-14 days from the time of deposit and approval of your proof. If you need your garments sooner or by a certain deadline, let us know prior to your order, and we can see if it’s possible— rush fees would likely apply. Please note we are not open for national holidays and these days will add to the turnaround time of your order.

PAYMENT

Invoices must be paid in full before we begin the order process. We accept checks, credit cards, and purchase orders. If you or your organization are unable to pay in full upfront or require a different method (such as NET30), please contact us.

DESIGN PROOFING

Prior to printing, we like to make sure we’re on the same page. We’ll send you a digital proof of what your design will look like on the product you’ve selected. Once approved, we will move forward with production. A physical sample can be produced upon request; however, a fee will be assessed if you decide to change the design.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify that all of the information on the proof is correct (including spelling and grammar). If an error is found after your order has been approved and printed, Catahoula Print Co. will not be held liable for the cost associated with reprinting. We assume no liability for errors in approved designs.

ART GUIDELINES

All art must be submitted at 300 DPI resolution or higher and sized to the actual print size. If able, vector files are preferred. Acceptable formats are .EPS, .PSD, .AI, and .PDF. Need help with a design? Visit our design page to see what we have to offer.

COLOR MATCHING

All colors are matched to the closest in-house stock ink color. For exact color matches, please request Pantone matched colors. Pantone matches incur a $15 fee per color.

Exact duplication of colors including PMS (Pantone Matching System) is not always possible, Catahoula Print Co. will always attempt to match the colors to the best of their ability!

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF COLORS

For garment printing, we currently print up to 6 colors. For posters, you can use as many colors as you want, but please be advised that there are additional fees may apply. Contact us for more details.

PRINT LOCATION & SIZE

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide details regarding print placement and size. If no details are provided Catahoula Print Co. will print in standard locations, which will be represented in the order proof. Please keep in mind the scale of the print will vary on different sized garments.

There is a human element involved in the screen printing process. Each garment is loaded and printed by hand. Due to this, we cannot be held liable for printing placements less than a 1/2” variance. We do our best to load each garment so that the placement is in accordance with the proof.

We are limited in our ability to print over zippers and seams on garments. Please contact us for more information.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

In order to offer a wide variety of brands, styles, colors, and sizes, Catahoula Print Co. is unable to stock blank garments. Sometimes blank garments and specialty products/materials can become out-of-stock during the quote process. While this can be unfortunate, Catahoula Print Co. will not be held liable for delays due to manufacture out-of-stock or discontinued items. You will be notified immediately if a product is no longer available and a comparable item will be offered. Additional charges may apply if comparable item is more expensive.

MANUFACTURE DEFECTS

We cannot be held responsible for manufacturer inconsistencies related to garment size, shade, or construction. Ordering extra garments will help account for such defects. If a defect is noticed prior to the completion of your order, we will let you know immediately.

INK CHOICES

We offer plastisol, water-based, discharge, & metallics for garments. For posters, we primarily use water-based inks, but UV inks are also available for certain items at an additional cost. Contact us for more information about what ink will work best for you.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Catahoula Print Co. is happy to offer free delivery within a 30-mile radius. Delivery outside of 30 miles will incur an additional fee. Delivery days will be scheduled once production is complete.

If items are to be shipped, shipping fees will be added to the invoice. Catahoula Print Co. is not responsible for delays, lost goods, or damages caused by the carrier. All shipping dates are estimated and not guaranteed. If you have a deadline for your items, please let us know prior to ordering.

RE-ORDERING

We hope you’re satisfied with your order and want to make the re-ordering process as smooth as possible! To re-order a previous design, send us an email and let us know what needs to be printed. We will get back to you on any price changes or additional information that may affect your order.

We’ll keep your screen(s) on file for 4 months! By doing this we’re able to offer returning customers a 10% discount, lower minimums, and a faster turnaround, if they reorder the same design within 4 months of their initial order.

CUSTOMER PROVIDED GOODS

We are happy to provide printing services on customer-supplied garments on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for more information.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, & RETURNS

Cancelled orders are accepted only with written approval from Catahoula Print Co. Once a cancellation is accepted, a refund will be issued. Cancellations will not be accepted if order is in production. Any costs incurred by Catahoula Print Co. prior to the acceptance of a cancellation will be invoiced and deducted from the refund.

Changes to orders (prior to production) may require an additional fee, depending on the status of the order.

We do not offer refunds of completed orders; however, we will reprint the order to the correct specifications if a mistake caused by our team has been found. You will have 72 hours to notify us of your dissatisfaction and request for reprint. Once we are notified, we will do everything we can to take care of the issue in a timely manner.
